“Be Healthy Beverly” and “Minding Your Mind” will be facilitating a free, virtual community showing of 'LIKE', an IndieFlix documentary about how social media and our smartphones have been using us, and how we can retake control of our lives from them.
The documentary will be followed by a discussion with mental health clinician Jon Mattleman and young adult speaker Morgan from Minding Your Mind, and there will be time for questions as well! Attached is the flyer for the event in PDF as well as a document with a blurb you can use in your newsletters if you have one and would like to share it there as well.
