School Store Open 1:15-2:15
The Hannah School Store returns this Friday, November 13th from 1:30 pm through 2:15 pm.
For those of us new to Hannah this year, the School Store is a fun mobile cart that makes its appearance monthly! All items for purchase are $2 - $0.25. Every month a fourth grade class will be stepping in to help run the store and in return a percentage of profits will be donated directly to the 4th grade committee with the rest used to restock the store for the next month.
All students may purchase up to $5 worth of items per transaction - no more. Teachers/Paras will escort each class to the store during its hour of operation, and our Bus and YMCA students will also have an opportunity to purchase.
It is up to the teacher’s discretion to send children to the store during class hours.
Please follow these guidelines to help the store run smoothly!:
* Items are priced between $0.25 to $2.00
* Small bills or change, please no bills over $5!
* Limit to $5 per child to spend
* One transaction per child

Spooky Walk
Join us for a spooky walk around the Hannah campus! Costumes and spooky gear are encouraged (please no weapons). This is NOT a drop off event.
We will have a hot coco bar with Rebel Coffee; Halloween music, and a spooky storytime!
In the meantime we’re collecting family friendly spooky decorations, solar-powered lights, and anything else that could help make the event a success!

Our team is collecting spices, condiments, dressings, coffee, and tea! Bring items to the school with your child, drop them in the library, or bring to drop off on the 18th—the team will be out collecting donations and directing traffic.

Walk to School - Toll Booth Fundraiser - Beantrust Coffee
Spring Toll Booth Fundraiser for field day DUNK TANK!
Parents / Caregivers - you won’t leave empty handed. We’ve partnered with Beantrust and will have coffee available as well! (Suggested Donation $2-$5)
Please donate any amount in Cash, Check, or Venmo to: @HannahPTO or @HannahPTO1 (with note “dunk tank”) Goal: $2,000. A “ toll booth” and coffee station will be set up near the flagpole to accept donations.

READ-A-THON
Our Read-A-Thon officially started on Friday February 27 and runs through March 20. Students will get excited with a fun kick-off, whole-school meeting with local storyteller, Tony Toledo.
We will also be hosting family "community reading times" throughout the Read-A-Thon, where we are working on lining up guest readers. This is a fun way to get those minutes up! (Drop in, but not drop-off)

• Wednesday, March 18th - 4-6 at the Hannah Library
